I had the galaxy note 8 which was playing up and would not sync with my versa was a nightmare. Which I was told it was because the galaxy note 8 is not compatible. So I therefore got the samsung galaxy s8 as it is compatible well since I got the phone I have had to restart it each morning as it states that the bluetooth isn't working. But I have the fitbit scales and they work perfectly everyday not a problem whereas this morning it just will not sync i have done everything possible to get it to work.

I have a Samsung S8+ that was working fine with my Versa for a few months, now it will not sync. I have tried every thing listed on the site to fix. My Versa syncs fine with my iPad, so I feel it is a problem with the android app!
