Sense not syncing

I have followed instructions from other posts to no avail. When I attempt to connect via bluetooth I get the error message that an app is needed to continue although the Fitbit app is installed. I've forced stop app, reinstalled it. Shut off bluetooth, restarted phone and nothing...please help.

I'd like you to make sure you have installed the latest app version on your phone. If you do, but you're still getting this error message, attach a screenshot to your next reply.

I have exactly the same problem. For Some time the connection with Bluetooth worked fine. Teen it stoppen and we keep getting the massage an app is needed. The app store indicaties that the app is up to date. Grrrr.

I returned it and got an Apple Watch. The Sense was a total disappointment.

I see where your frustration is coming from. In order to provide the appropriate troubleshooting, please let me know if you're getting this on your Fitbit app or your phone directly and attach a screenshot if available, to your next reply.
