Sense wallet adding cards not working

Hi,

 

  I cannot add any cards to fitbit sense. I receive the attached error.

 

Before I had Versa 3 and it was ok.

 

Can somebody advice wirh this?

@carminam Hi there. Thanks for the screenshot attached. 

 

Let's try the following troubleshooting: 

 

- Restart your Fitbit Sense and phone 

- Restart your Bluetooth on your phone 

- Force quit the Fitbit app 

- Try adding the cards again
