Im trying to set up my Fitbit charge 2 on an android phone and it cannot find it. I can't work out what else I could do! New out the box!

Hello @Ali17, It is nice to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! I was able to see on your Community profile you have paired a Charge 2, so I'm wondering if you were able to set up your tracker since you posted?
If this is not correct and you are still experiencing the same issue,perhaps the following steps will give you some additional help.
Requirements:
- Note that you can't set up your Fitbit device from your phone or tablet's Bluetooth screen; you must open the Fitbit app and follow the on-screen instructions.
- The software on your phone or tablet is up to date. To see if an update is waiting to be installed:
- The Bluetooth setting on your phone or tablet is on. To find it:
- Your device is supported by the Fitbit app. For the latest list, go to http://www.fitbit.com/devices.
- Power Saving Mode is turned off on your device. This mode frequently causes the device to disable Bluetooth.
- For Android with Version 6.0+ only, you have location services turned on and the Fitbit app has permission to access your location.

Now that you have reviewed the requirements and everything is okay but still the issue persists, try the following troubleshooting steps:

Hi there,
I did manage to set up my charge 2 as my partner realised it needed and update. But it now isn't syncing to my phone all the time. It has synced once since setting up just after my last post! I feel it may be to do with my phone but I'm unsure what to do!
Please help!!
