Sleep tracker update is terrible

The latest update to the sleep tracker is terrible. I used to be able to really look at my different levels of sleep and gain useful information.  This new graph is cluttered and confusing and practically useless to me. The sleep tracker was my favorite feature before. Please bring it back the way it was.

I hate the new sleep app data. The previous data is the only reason I wore it while I slept. I am not wearing it anymore and I am shopping for something new!

Absolutely hate what has happened to sleep app. I’ve had fitbits for many many years on number 3 but will not get any more nor will my family it should be optional to change it to something so bad  good bye Fitbit your now going to lose many Fitbit lovers

The sleep graph is not a touch screen on Android phone. It is horrible.

I couldn’t agree more, I’m not trying to be ugly, but the graph sucks. The previous version was much better easier to understand I like the color better. Needless to say, I’m very disappointed. Come on developers and designers get it together😡

Well, we need the regular colors back for the rest of us. Also used to be able to click separately on each sleep demographic, Deep, Light, REM and awake

You can’t do that anymore. From what I’ve seen lot of customers are unhappy with this , do something about it.

Quite simply you could click on each stage and it would open up in a new window all by itself

@Kickitt24. They don't care what we want or if they lose us. They just sit back and wait for us to eventually accept it or leave. The only reason they bought Fitbit was to destroy it. One by one, they keep taking away feature after feature.

I totally respect the effort to make it assessable for visually impared but I find it useless now and dont wear my watch anymore.  Hard to believe there isnt a way to continue the past display and still have alternative display for those whp need it.  I have no use for mine any more and no longer tecommend it to others. fo

I agree.  Mine keeps reporting no data. Nothing seems to be working correctly.  Yesterday if did not report on any of the subjects and I had cleaned my house all day.
