Why is my sleep tracker showing last night's sleep and today's sleep? Today's is showing as 23.30 to 7.20 when it's only 8.30am and I've been awake since 7am?

Good mormning, @Suzey! Assuming you are in the US, you likely switched to daylight savings time last night. This twice a year phenomena (switching to, then back) affects different gadgets different ways.

Tap here for full details. But the first thing you should do is this:

  1. Check your phone (or what ever device you sync the Fitbit to). If it does not show the correct time, then restart it.
  2. Manually sync your Fitbit device.

That should get everything back on the correct time. Please follow the link I provided (above) to see how other features may be affected.

Glad you found us in the forums! There are some pretty interesting discussions out here!
