Steps not recorded in the Fitbit app

Exercised this moring, trackered measured my steps but it is not recorded in the app.

Sometimes the tracker records exercise and other times it doesnt.

Can someone help

Hi there @Nss21, awesome to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! I was reading your post and I'm wondering if your tracker is successfully syncing? What type of exercise are you doing and how are you recording this exercise? Is this just a regular walk?

 

One of the reasons your app is not showing your steps, can be related to syncing issues. So if this is the case I would recommend the following post: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).

I exchanged it for a new one and this one works.
