Wrist unit is stuck in in "Fitbit logo/001" mode. 

App says it's fully charged and up to date. 

Also is not tracking distance accurately.

I will assist you with this. Which device do you have? Have you tried any type of troubleshoots? Is it recording steps even if the screen is stuck?
