What's more unbelievable is that on fitbit facebook messenger the customer services team at 10.30pm tonight had told us that syncing difficulties are usually caused by a missing requirement or connection issue...they then give you instructions to troubleshoot!
They're either trying to cover something up/ blame anything other than fitbit or they havent even thought to tell their customer services department! If I could attach a screenshot then I would. It's totally unbelievable!

Best AnswerI was syncing just fine until 2.30 p.m. today and then nothing. Any update on when this will be resolved. Its beginning to feel like more than temporary. Maybe update the original post just so we know what is going on or an estimate on when it will be resolved. People appreciate info.
I knew I shouldnt have updated but the notification wouldnt go away. Wish I wouldve found this post before I did a factory reboot cuz nothing else worked. Hopefully this issue is resolved soon, this is frustrating!
Bricked my Versa. Wish I saw this post before tinkering with it.
Was having syncing issues, reinstalled the fitbit app on phone and was prompted to update firmware. Update completed and a bricked my Versa on restart.
VERY DISAPPOINTED. This is the 3rd bricked Versa in my family.
Best Answeri am having issues with syncing as well. Didnt know I wasnt the only one. Unpaired it from my phone now it wont pair back and getting frustrated. Does fitbit know what is going on?
