Update 2/1/2021: This issue was resolved with the release of android app version 3.37.1. We appreciate your reports and patience as we worked on a resolution.


 

Update 1/29/2021: We've released Android app version 3.37.1 to address syncing issues. Please update your device if you are experiencing issues syncing. Thanks again for your patience as we worked to resolve this issue.

This is getting old. People have been having issues since January 23. It doesn't matter than the "team" only just became aware of the issue yesterday. The "team" should have been listening to the customers and realizing it was a Fitbit screwup. This needs to be fixed asap and if it cannot be fixed, roll back the update until the "team" can do their job properly.

I installed and reinstalled my Fitbit app 4 times on a phone and on a
tablet. No help. Nothing no customer help

When is this likely to be fixed? No sync since Tuesday.  I've only had it a week

Re-booted a number of times over last few days, deleted and re-down loaded app multiple times, my charge 4 is still not Syncing correctly, or at all. Hvae not got sleep score for last two nights.

 

Is there an update on the issue?     Thanks

Still not Syncing, nor getting sleep scores (last two nights), have tried multiple steps. And update on the Sync issue with Andriod?

Yo he reseteado varias veces mi fitbit versa porque no sincronizaba y de hecho sigue sin sincronizar y sin poder actualizar...espero que se solucione pronto

Does anyone know if the Fitbit Sense or other Fitbit models are affected too or is it just the Charge 4?

This is my problem also — please fix app problem soon. Crazy to have this problem with my first update. Just bought in December for Christmas and now it is junk and will not sync and find my phone

It seems to be affecting most, if not all, models. I can confirm that it affects the Sense.

I have a versa lite....same problem since the update advisory

My sense was working fine and when I installed the update it stopped
syncing again my LG phone finds the sense just fine it now just won't sync
up at all I've tried everything as far as factory resets on both my phone
and the sense

I gave a galaxy A10E and the last sync with my charge 4 was last night around 8pm.

Now I cant even get it to pair to my phone.

Yes if you go to the very top of these posts, there is a statement that
fitbit is aware of the issue and is working to update it. I personally
don't feel that they are very helpful, but hopefully this issue will be
fixed soon.

Can you go back to the previous update until you figure this version out. This is really annoying and as you can see a lot of people are upset

Yeah! I just tapped the icon and this time instead of a blank screen I got
a log in page. So far things look good - phone matches my watch. Now I
have to check if it will update my employers health tracking app that saves
me $900 a year.

No, Fitbit has not mentioned this to me at all....even though I told them it started the day of the update! They just keep saying it’s my phone. Considering their list of “so called” compatible phones is only about 50 phones...none of which Telus...a major server in Canada....sells. Not a one? So the phone thing is just an excuse to put out shabby products, then once they get your money they don’t care if it works! Fix the update and add some actually newer phones to your list please!

Same thing here (EU , belgium) , won't pair. Tried everything in instructions an more.

Seems like bluetooth transmitter is broken. Seroiusly mad, paid roughly 150$ (135€) !

Should we send it back ?
