When is this likely to be fixed? No sync since Tuesday.  I've only had it a week. No updates from Fitbit since yesterday despite thousands affected.  If this is what I can expect from having shelled out £130, I'm going for refund. We really shouldn't have to try to upload older versions.  Fitbit should be sending out regular updates with a realistic time frame for fixing it.

They're posting conflicting information. On
https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/compatible-devices they say
that Androids w/an OS 7.0 or higher is compatible, but on
https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315.htm they post an
EXTREMELY limited group of LG phones that are compatible. This is bunk,
and I'm flabbergasted this was so poorly thought out on Fitbit's part.

How long is this going to take, this is ridiculous.

how soon are they going to have this fixed.  This is day 3 of mine not working.

Will you please respond? What is happening with the fix?  Do I need to go get another watch?

Too little too late, I am returning myversa andbuying a different brand. You may fix this problem but what about next time you update? Not worth hanging around for you to keep fixing things after I was told by your tech company the problem was my phone.

Unfortunately I already unpaired the watch from my app before I read this and now it won't re-pair.

Me too! And noone responds!

I'm in the same boat I got the new fitbit sense 2weeks ago, it worked great until 01/20/2021.

It started having syncing problems then o. The 24th it stoped all together. I can called customer service but they gave almost no information. They did confirm my phone is compatible , and they are working to fix it. It's been 3days without a word a week since it started messing up, this is crazy. I'm probably going to have to ask for a refund, of it's not fixed.

I can't get the watch to re-pair with the app 😞

My Charge 3 and I got along well until I  killed it in an accident. I did not anticipate any problems when getting the Charge 4 after Thanksgiving. It did fine on my Stylo 4 as did the Charge 3...but then at 5:30am on Monday, it did its last sync. Yes, I've done all the stuff. I use it because of the charts on the heart tracking as well as the sleep. This has been valuable because of a health issue. I want my Charge 4 working again; two months use is not enough for the money spent. Get a new phone? The phone I have is excellent so there is no reason unless FitBit is getting into the phone business, but from what I have read even the approved phones are having this issue Some many want it for just the exercise; I want it for my health monitoring.

Same here! But you couldn't anyway cause they haven't fixed it!

Add me to the long list of disappointed users. Seems since my 1/21/21 update, my Versa 2 has become just an expensive watch. It no longer synced, and when I reloaded the app and followed the instructions, it will no longer pair at all. I'm running Android 9.0. One star reviews in the play store are stacking up. it's a wide spread problem. It's worked just fine for 13 months, then garbage. Yes, I've followed every step outlined multiple times. I'm expecting the same canned response as all the other users have received on here. No, it's not just an Android 3.37 issue. When can we expect a fix?

I agree! Maybe if I take this watch in and get a new one I can sync it!

This post is only to give us something to do, huh? No update for our Fitbits. No reply to thousands of upset customers. No concern or you would send out a patch until you could fix your update. This company is owned by Alphabet. There shouldn't be problems of this enormity let alone ignoring it and passing it off as the customers hardware being incompatible. Maybe a few news articles about disappointed customers fleeing to Garmin would motivate you?

@KateFitbit I know that it says it's it just happened, but there are posts about the Charge 4 not syncing since it first came out.  You can see from previous forums that this is the case.  Why then have FitBit not sorted it out yet?  Does it really take nearly 8 months to sort out this problem?

Somebody forgot to do their basic homework .  To think this was a great product right up until the time you need an up date.  Decision time Fitbit Community.
