I am sorry and do not wish to antagonize but since the update was rolled out on the 20th and you began almost immediately get reports why on earth would the phone support not be notified. I suspect a reason and that is why offshore phone rooms are a good thing to lower costs and increase income they show great disrespect to the customers responsible for Fitbit success in the market place. I voiced this several years ago with the bad update causing the heart rate not functioning correctly in that situation people could have lost lives! This attitude needs to be corrected!!!

I purchased my Sense 24hrs ago, it worked for eight hours and then desynced. I've spent all day speaking with customer support and tried every thing multiple times on two phones and still dead. Factory reset didn't fix it either.. I have a £300 brick.
Would be nice if @KateFitbit would actually provide us with the company's definition of "real soon" because as it stands now, I don't have the functionality that Fitbit advertises for the device I have. That's false advertising.
FitBit is sure taking its sweet time about communicating with customers. Your communication practices are dismal and NOT consumer friendly. You are losing customers -- does this not worry Google/FitBit? Me? I'm waiting for my new Garmin to arrive today. This stuff began days ago, and no direct communication to us. Unconscionable. We don't have the luxury of sitting around watching this page for a possible update from FitBit. It's obvious Goodgle/FitBit doesn't give a rip.
When do we expect the android app bug to be fixed? Ionic is as much as useless without it?
