Target cardio load missing

My wife gets a little range drawn on her cardio load graph but mine is missing. Mine always says "no target" even though I have a couple weeks of data and it has pop up messages about take it easy or that I should target a range.

I’m having the same/similar issue. I get a notification on the main screen saying “you are maintaining… cardio load is 117 - 146” or similar but when I click the tile to see the details of any workout or graphs etc it says “no target” and just general blurb, none of the normal data is showing.
I updated to the most recent version yesterday thinking this might resolve the issue but it didn’t.

Hello @Tracilwiles

I've seen users report that they had to uninstall and re-install the app for their Target Load to appear in the Cardio Load tile. Please give this a try and let us know if you see the Target Load.

Hi there, @Tracilwiles@RiekoC Thanks for your help!

@Tracilwiles Thanks for every step that you've tried so far, and the screenshots shared in your post. As I mentioned before, this issue has been escalated to our team and they're currently working to get this fixed.

In the meantime, I'd recommend trying the steps suggested by our friend to see if that helps getting the Target Load on the Fitbit app.

I'm hoping Fitbit can fix this issue. I've tried reinstalling the app and my target load is still 0

I am experiencing the same problem. I think the the progress "horseshoe" is based on the daily target, so that might give you an idea of what your actual target is.

I deleted the app then reinstalled it, it now works again. It says the data will be removed when you delete app but it wasn’t. All good again. Try deleting it and reinstall it might work for you all too.

Update: I deleted app then reinstalled it, that fixed the issue. Good looking luck

Thanks, that worked

Same here. I have been wearing my fit bit for weeks and there is no target shown.

What is the solution?

Thank you for the heads up. I will hold on reinstalling

Hello @jrsmith888

Please make sure that you have updated your Fitbit app to the current Android version 4.35.

If you have the latest version & still don't see your Target Cardio Load, please try uninstalling the app and re-installing it. If it doesn't work the first time, please try doing it one more time. I've seen users report that they saw their Cardio Load data after a second app uninstall & re-install.

I had a daily Target Load until last Thursday when it started saying No Target. Cardio Load points seem to be accumulating as before.  I tried an app reload but no help.

I'm following this thread.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled 4 or 5 times. I have cleared cache. I have cleared all app data and did 2 or 3 factory resets. I have removed the device from my account and then added it 2 or 3 times. None of this has worked. I get the morning message, but my Cardio Load tile still says No Target. Today my recommendation was 5 - 20 for cardio load. If I click the tile it shows the graph with a top number of 95. There is no highlighted area showing my target. My tile has said No Target since the feature first became available.

Hello @LizzyFitbit

Please see the responses from @YachatsMike & @Abrienna. They're still seeing issues with the Cardio Target Load.

Thanks in advance

Same for me. I wear my FitBit consistently and have had NO TARGET the entire time since that feature because available, even though I'm receiving some data like an actual cardio load number and the "Take it easy" message. I will try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that fixes it. Stay tuned!

Hi everyone, and a warm welcome to our new members.

Thanks for keeping me posted and for your efforts while troubleshooting your Fitbit app. As you may know, the Target Load needs time to calibrate to you. After you get your first target load range, you'll need to wear, exercise and sleep with your Fitbit device for 7 consecutive days so enough data can be recorded to generate the most accurate target.

That being said, if after waiting for 7 days you're still not getting this value, please click on this link and fill out the form with the required information. This will allow our team to create a case and further investigate what may be occurring. I’ll keep an eye out for your responses specifically, so please let me know once you’ve filled it out.
