Target cardio load missing

ANSWERED

My wife gets a little range drawn on her cardio load graph but mine is missing. Mine always says "no target" even though I have a couple weeks of data and it has pop up messages about take it easy or that I should target a range.

Hi @LizzyFitbit,

do you have any status on this issue? It’s been almost 2 months since I posted and I haven’t seen any progress.

---

Hi @steve4776,

I also have the same issue and filled out the form. It hasn’t solved the issue. It’s been 2 months and I’m still waiting anxiously.

---

Hi @Amstellodamois,

I have a Google account and I’m facing the same issue.

Thanks for the suggestion Nic.  Using Fitbit still as far as I know.  I do not want to change to a Google Account as I have 3 children in my Fitbit Family, and a notification popped up stating that I would first have to move them to Google accounts too, which I do not want to do.  This would be an odd fix but I will reconsider if I do not get a response from Fitbit on this issue.

Thank you.

Sorry!  It should have been @LizzyFitbit

Hi   , the "this link" did not open for me :(.  Can you please advise if there is a new link to fill out the form?

---

Thank you for sharing this. I do not want to migrate either.  Seems like a shady way to get a new feature to work properly. Shame Fitbit!

Hi there, I did this but it still doesn't show a target.  Please help

I have the exact same issue. My app used to show a cardio load target, but now, only says"No Target". Funny thing is it still shows the clockface of fraction I achieved. So there must be a target number in the calculation. It just doesn't show.

I just started having this issue on my fitbit. I have been using Fitbit with cardio load targets for the last few months, and it has been very helpful. This morning for some reason I don't have a target. I have months on continuous data including yesterday, and yesterday I had a target range. I tried reinstalling Fitbit and I even got a new phone thinking that might fix it since my phone was old. I have a Google account, and this feature has been working until today. Bring back Cardio Load targets!

I've woken up to "no target" in the cardio load section today. I've been using my daily cardio load target (with my Sense 2) to help push my fitness improvements for the last few months and I've had a cardio load target every day until today. I don't understand why there is no target today. I've tried deleting the app cache, deleting the app storage, and deleting and reinstalling the app and nothing has changed.

I don't have a target this morning either. It had been working fine since
switching to a Google account months ago.

Mine also has a " no target " starting today. Must be a system problem since so many are experiencing it

Exactly the same here. Had been working fine but today ‘No Target’ despite wearing it daily for over a year. Have tried rebooting Fitbit and reinstalling app but with no success.

This is happening to me now! I've had all data from December 2024 and a few days ago just the target stopped and it's starting me new!! Please let me know the fix!! So frustrating. I know they aren't making the versa 4 or any more updates so this may be the first indication that it is no longer functioning well. I already have to restart my pixel 9 every other day to sync which is annoying. I've used Fitbit exclusively since 2014 and the pixel watch sucks 😞. Not even close to ready functionally.

Having rebooted the watch and then deleted and reinstalled the app the Cardio Load target was still not working however I then rebooted my iPhone et voila it is back. The sequence which worked for me was:

1) reboot Fitbit

2) reboot phone

3) delete Fitbit app

4) reinstall Fitbit app and log back in

5) reboot phone again

Hi everybody! Thank you for your messages and reports.

The bug that caused Cardio target load to not appear in the Fitbit App for some Customers has been fixed. Performing a manual sync in the Fitbit app (pull-down on the Today screen) is the recommended work-around to populate the Cardio target load value.

Please let us know how it goes.

I have the same issue but manual sync doesn’t work. I’ve never had a target cardio load calculated even though I get a daily readiness score

Hello @Barts64

Are you seeing a daily total for your Cardio Load? How long have you been tracking your cardio load?

Yes, since December.

I’ve been tracking it for months. Every day I get a cardio load for the
previous day and I also get a message saying ‘take it easy’ or whatever but
no actual target load

Hello @JuanFitbit

We have a couple of users on this thread who are still not getting their cardio target load recommendation. Would you please let the team know that the issue isn't fully resolved?

Also, please let us know what information does the team need from these users?
