I have got an Alta HR.  My mobile phone is Huawei P10 lite.  I'm not getting any text alerts or call alerts on my fitbit? Anyone help me?   On Fitbit.com they only offer small list of Huawei phones under their drop down menu.

Hi there @Lostinfrance, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I recommend to visit the following post for more information about the compatibility of the Huawei P10 / P10 Lite Compatibility.

 

If you are experiencing issues with text  / call notifications, it would not hurt to try these steps: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).
