I would like to announce that the redesigned Fitbit app starts rolling out today! This new app will help you reach your goals, and bring the health and wellness information right on hand.

😡The new app set up is awful and does not provide the information I need. I would like to go back to the old one.  I am considering not paying for premium again.  I'm very disappointed!!!!!

Looking for the Mindfullness Sleep audio from Oren.  I had it in my favorites...nope, not there.

Anyone know what the audio is called?

I now have to trigger the recording of a walk. This morning I forgot to end the walk for about 13 minutes. Every time I edit the exercise and change the duration from 46 to 33 minutes and save the change the app immediately changes it back to 46 mins.

I've had no problems with the one I found at the top of the searches -
seems to be straight archive of previous Fitbit updates.

Haha!  It's nothing like the previous!

Why do I have to scroll way down to get to the important stuff, like HEARTRATE!? Is there a way to change the order of what we see on the app? If not, I'm done with Fitbit.

Between issues with Versa2 and now this space app that you have to scroll way down to see heartrate, I doubt very seriously I'll be buying this brand again!

When are they going to fix this ugly front page.  Everyone complains about it. Plus I can't tell quickly if my FitBit is charged.   I don't know whose idea it was to change it from colorful to drab.  I got to where I don't like using the app.  Really aggravated.

Updated 10/10/2023: I found the exercise tracking. I overlooked the plus on the home screen. Version 4.00.1 of the android version will take some time to get used to. Not sure the version is an improvement.

The amount of negative feedback regarding the new interface is really quite staggering and yet you remain resolutely silent; hoping the customers will give up moaning and accept the abomination you call progress. Your lack of customer support on this issue is really quite impressive; it needs documented somewhere on how to loose customers the quick way. The response that we the customers have no option but to accept this backdate is disgusting and shows no concern for what your users want. I have cancelled my premium subscription and will no doubt move to a different device, following the many others who have already chosen this path.

I do hope your strategy of alienating your customer base has been worth it.

That’s exactly what I thought! I’m waiting for my new Apple Watch to arrive. It isn’t JUST the new dashboard which I loathe, but add in the appalling attitude FitBit is exhibiting to customer complaints and that totally ended my loyalty to FitBit! It’s not totally unexpected as FitBit customer service has always been seriously flawed, but this response, choosing to totally ignore customer complaints! That was the final straw for me that ended any loyalty to FitBit.

So disappointed with the newest update for FitBit!  It's ugly, blah, boring with no imagination.  It was colorful, informative with more data, now it's bargain basement data.

Who thought this was a good idea???  Change it back please.

I won't renew premium. I have found some of the things, some data that I thought was missing it takes many more clicks to get to what I want, like past steps and exercise workouts. And some things like the battery percentage are still missing.

I agree. The update is ugly, less informative, and has less editing ability: a real letdown.  Please restore previous version.

I agree it's bad and would like to revert also. There are multiple statements on that topic on this thread. Officially you cannot roll back. Unofficially you can go outside of your app store and download an older version of the app file type. But normally I don't trust outside sources, it could be all right. Or it could get sketchy.
