Tracker not found and is unresponsive

My charge 2 tracker is not being found and the lights and screen are off and have been since 25/2

Fitbit app on phone says full battery and my account is still current..what do I do to get tracker  back.

Msg when i log ito samsung android phone is that im synced? ???

HELP.

Hi there @Desmar, nice to see you again in the Fitbit Community! I'm wondering if you are not able to sync and the app displayed an message saying your tracker was not found? Or your tracker is completely unresponsive to taps or by pressing the side button?

 

If is the latter it will explain why your tracker is not found. So make sure your Charge 2 has enough battery. Which raise in me another question, is your tracker screen responsive while is connected to the charger? I would recommend to take a look at this article in the meantime: Why isn't my battery charging?

 

If the issue continues, perhaps  a restart will do the trick. For an extra help review this post: How to restart your Charge 2?

Thanks i will try your suggestions. I have full charge of battery as
indicated on my mobile app which is still active and sending me the usual
fitbit info.which of course is nothing as my fitbit is not synced.
Will get back to you 🤔

I have just  tried suggested  restart. .. but no luck...dead as a dodo on the screen i already have a full battery as indicated on the dash board on my phone

My phone app is still responding .ie advising time to sleep etc.all but measuring steps  food and excercise are not being noted at all.

Very frustrating.should i take it back to where i purchased it.
