After your latest update for the Android app, approximately 90% of the time I get a Tracker not found error when I try to sync.

@UoMGoBlue Welcome to our Community! Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also restart your tracker. Since you didn't specify which tracker you have you can check our help site which contains instructions for all our devices.

Thanks! I have a Charge HR. When I restart my phone, it will usually sync the next time, but then the majority of the time after that I get the Tracker not found error. I shouldn't have to restart my phone every time I want to sync. This has been going on since the last app update.
