Trophies

On the trophy app on my smartphone the trophies have a padlock at the side and I can't access it at all. Why ?

I'm having the same issue. I got my Alta April 2016 here it is July and still nothing. 😞

Hasn't helped much moving the thread. Do Fitbit actually try to resolve any problems themselves or is it just handed over to the community ?

@Bumkins @Mrsdossey Those trophies will be unlocked once you achieve the goals to earn them. For example, the Daily Showdown trophy shows "Land 1st place and you'll land this trophy."

But I have "landed" several trophies and they still remain locked !

I killed my 5k in May and nothing. I hiked 10 miles and nothing. What the hell does a girl have to do to "land" it?

Here iI was thinking I was doing pretty **ahem** good on my fitness goals, but I guess that bar is just too high.

I'm having the same issue. All the trophies have a padlock on them. I just completed a challenge and should have been awarded a trophy. But I got nothing. I already logged off and did a force quit. After logging back in, nothing.

I did receive a message from fitbit community informing me that because of my activity on fitbit community I was now a jogger..I guess I'll be a marathonien several times over before I can unlock a trophy. ...

That's funny Bumkin; but truly sad. I wish that if it wasn't going to work it could at least be taken off. The padlocks are now mocking me and all my progress.

@ErickFitbit I was reading the message boards in the community and they said there had been a problem with trophies. They said there was a fix for I phone but not for Android and sent us here to suggest to y'all that you create a fix for Android.
