Trophies

On the trophy app on my smartphone the trophies have a padlock at the side and I can't access it at all. Why ?

I gave up trying to get it fixed. I thought the new update in September would fix it, but it didn't. I'm sorry everyone is having this problem with no fix.

They keep coming back to me, but still no solution...They also said that the problem was rare...

Hello everyone! I'm sorry to hear that you are still experiencing this issue. Our engineers are still working to resolve this bug. Once an update regarding this problem arrives, we will post it on this thread. Make sure to update your App version whenever there is a new one available.

I wanted to give everyone an update: I just received my first trophy. What I have concluded is that you don't get a trophy for beating yourself or pushing yourself further. You get the trophies if you are competing against another Fitbit user and you win. I hope this helps. Let me know. ♡

Hi there thanks for the input, but why on earth couldn't fitbit tell us the same ? They created the app.

Hey there! @Bumkins@Mrsdossey Robot tongue Just to clarify you should get trophies for both accomplishments, your personal and when you beat someone else too. However like we said before this problem has been reported and our engineers are trying to resolve it. 

 

@Mrsdossey, like you said, when you beat someone else, you should receive your trophies normally.

Just read this thread, I have the same issue.  My friends can see my trophies, but they appear greyed out and locked when I look at them through my app.

Had this problem since buying my fitbit 9 months ago and it's still not resolved

That's a long time!  I checked my online profile and found that trophies are not listed there either, although there is no option to view them.  Only badges are visible.

I'm sorry for the long wait however are engineers are working everyday to resolve this. We do not have a specific date for this yet, but as soon as we have updates we will let you know.

I was full of hope nearly 1 year after purchasing my fitbit when someone posted that his trophies were finally unlocked, but no my still remain grey.
