On the trophy app on my smartphone the trophies have a padlock at the side and I can't access it at all. Why ?

Hello everyone! My apologies if you haven't seen any response from a moderator lately and I'm sorry you never received a response @Micha510.

 

Since badges and trophies are a different category, it is require to create a challenge to unlock the trophies section on your Fitbit app. You can earn trophies by coming in first place in a challenge or completing your goal. You can also earn trophies for achieving a personal best in a challenge or for achieving your step goal for each day of the challenge.
