Unable to sync Versa 2

I have a versa 2 and I cannot sync since yesterday. My phone is samsung a8 star. The phone syncs with aria 2.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
