I have the versa 2 and have unsuccessfully tried to sync it with my new Galaxy s20+. My versa is at full charge. I have shutdown and restarted my Fitbit. I have turned Bluetooth off an on. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app. I have confirmed that my app has the latest updates. Any help here would be great!
Best AnswerI hope I didn't really mess up. I took the device off the app thinking I could set it up again and it would work.
Best AnswerI am figuring Fitbit needs to do a app update, then it will work. 😞
Best AnswerI did a live chat with them. Gor mine fixed. Try that.

Best AnswerHe accessed my account. Not sure if that did anything or not. I had already done what he had me do but it fixed it. He had me turn off Versa 2 and restart phone. That was all. Turn off Firbit first then restart phone.
Best AnswerYay!
Best AnswerHello,
I have the Versa watch, I had struggled to pair the watch with my S20+ since Monday, tried everything that Fitbit support recommended, nothing helped.
After I followed what FIREEDUCATION recommended...tadam... my watch connected to the phone.
Thank you!
Best AnswerWhat is FIREEDUCATION please. I am having the same issue. No notifications from my Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus showing on my Fitbit Versa. I've tried all of the troubleshooting checklists and have ensured all the notifications is set to be recieved on both phone and versa, and still nothing.
Hey Everyone. Ive been having same issues so try this. Go to settings on Fitbit and make sure the Do Not Disturb is OFF. Im pretty tech savy but didnt realize it was turned off. Also make sure the Permissions on your phone are good. Its easy....swipe from bottom up on phone and type Permissions in the search bar at the top. Hope this helps...if not call Fitbit
