Versa lite not setting up

When I reset my fitbit versa lite I noticed that I cannot be able to setting it up during the update it automatically gets unpaired from my device. My device is Moto G4 Plus Android 7 and I have been using it for a while now

Let me help you setting up your Versa lite and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
