Best AnswerHad the same issue. I read on another thread if you are using the text plus app you need to open text plus and tell it to use quick replies in settings somewhere.
For me, I finally found the solution yesterday. I was using the fit notifications app with an older fitbit tgen by default with my new versa. A few weeks back something changed. I would only get open or dismiss as my choice. Removed fit notifications from my phone. I went into the fitbit notifications checked messages and WhatsApp. .... and guess what... WORKING AGAIN
i think the issue has become some of those 3rd party apps
Best AnswerMine was like that too but I figured it out! Make sure you get a Fitbit notification. Then, go to notifications and go to the app notifications setting (where you can get notifications from different apps). Allow Fitbit notifications and BOOM it works! At least, that’s what I did.
I have the same problem but i can’t figure out how to fix it. i tried forgetting my versa on my phone then rebooting my phone then pairing again and looking to see if i had the ability but i still cannot. What should I do?
