Any update how to fix this??? even the latest software update doesnt solve this issue.
Everytime i try to use the app, always white screen and my phone became warm.

All I can suggest is log out after each sync. After it does crash do a force shutdown and clear the data. Fitbit have no freaken idea why it keeps crashing. I have emailed them so many times I am over it.

Since it appears this Android app release (2.53) resolved the white screen app crash, I'm going to close this thread. If this exact issue reoccurs in the future, please start a new topic to report the issue.
