Why won't Fitbit devices sync to Android 11?

Has anyone been able to find a solution to the syncing/pairing problems with Fitbit and Android 11?  My Charge 2 is not paired to my phone anymore and I cannot get it to pair now.  My Fitbit will not sync and I'm not getting any exercise, heart, or sleep data on my app.  I do not have a Mac product to use in the interim and I don't know how to fix this.  I've also asked Android if there is a fix coming.  I wanted to buy a new Fitbit but from other posts it seems this is for any Fitbit on Android 11.  Is that true?  Does anyone know if there is a solution to this?  I don't have a Windows 10 app and again, no Mac products.

I found a solution for Pixel 2 on Android 11.

Try pairing the Fitbit with any other device. You can use a computer. If it succeeds, and you use the same account, it will start showing up on your original device too.

I used my iPhone to set up my wife’s Fitbit on her Android using this method.

I have the same but the ulta. Nothing i do works. It sees it, i put the code in etc...since it wasnt "supported" yet for the firbit app i tried to re-add it to my s9+ and it wont acknowledge it there either now. Waste of alot of money and c.s doesnt care. I will NEVER buy this brand again because of their lack of c.s. I had only had my versa 2 for less than 6 months when it stopped. They didn't even offer me an exchange or refund. Blew me off after i explained i had done all of their troubleshooting tips they sent me on my 1st email to them. Crickets from them.

I've tried all the tips and tricks including trying to pair with another older device or iPhone and it still wouldn't pair. It paired with IPhone but never back with my pixel 3 android 11. I upgraded to a charge 4 and it's not doing everything it says it does like tracking my sleep. I just wish I could use my charge 2. I love the Fitbit app and ease of use. But I'm considering trying another semi-basic fitness tracker with HR and a decent app experience, and same price range.

I purchased Fitbit sense about a month ago and constantly have syncing problem with Oneplus 9.  I had fitbit charge 4 and never had any problem.  I have removed and added device multiple times, reset the sense twice and reset my phone once and still have same problem.  It seems like it is not problem with my phone since I do not have problem if I switch back to charge 4 but for some reason Sense constantly keep loosing Bluetooth connection.

Is anyone at Fitbit working on this issue?  I'm not the only one having this problem.

Thanks for the tip, I have a work iPhone and it would connect to sense every time I try but it would intermittently connect to OnePlus 9 phone.  I'm so sick of trying to work on this **ahem** from last 2 weeks and about to give up.  I believe it is Fitbit app on Android 11 which is causing the problem.  I did not have this problem on my previous Android 10 OnePlus 7 pro.  Now I can't go back to charge 4 either since this **ahem** app would not connect to FItbit Charge either.

The app iphone connects to either one without any problem, this really sucks.  I'm about to give up on fitbit and take the **ahem** back.

Well, I don't have a pre android 11 device so I cannot do that. I tried the iPhone option that was posted here or another thread.

I have the app installed on both OnePlus 9 and IPhone SE.  It connects to iPhone every time you refresh it  without any problem but would connect intermittently to Oneplus 9.  I believe it is app problem on Android 11 since I did not have problem on Android 10.  I don't have the phone with Android 10 anymore but I never had problem with my previous phone.

I hope Fitbit fix this problem soon because it is extremely annoying to have problem on a brand new Android 11 phone..

Um, hate to throw a spanner in the works but if your watch won't sync with the dodgy phone then how will it update anything when it won't sync?
