Hey there, @SPCrownover! Welcome to the Forums!
Please try to restart your tracker 3 times in a row, this should get you back on track, and then make sure you are running the latest version (2.36) released a week ago, after confirming this, you can also log out from the App and back in and try to sync.
Let me know how it goes! ![]()
I"ve made sure my location settings & privacy setting are correct and restarted the tracker 3 times probably 10 times now and still no sync............next?

@skfg76 I recommend following the rest of the troubleshooting suggestions in this help article. If you get stuck at any particular step please let me know and share any error messages that you may receive. Also, screenshots and pictures of what you're seeing are super helpful. Let me know if that helps get you back on track.
I've tried all the suggestions I deleted the program so I know the program is updated. I restarted my phone I restarted the app several times over and over and I still can't get anything showing my activity. I do get my alerts on my Fitbit but not my activities.
