fitbit app was configured earlier & was working.
I didnt login for sometime. i noticed the app has lost my email configured.
when i try to login , it fails but doesnt give proper error message.
i tried forgot password , though i get confirmation email sent . it hasnt (i checked spam folder too)
watch is showing wrong time. i am not able to sync watch with app !
PS: Also login using Google is not working (no response. it remains in same UI)
How can this issue be addressed ?
Best AnswerWas your Fitbit account migrated to a Google account? By that, I don't mean if the address associated with the account is Gmail....trust me I tried to migrate mine earlier by changing my email to a Gmail account and it didn't work.
