I just recently updated both the FitBit app and my google pixel 3XL. Now the fitBit app is stating that fitbit.com is unavailable and sometimes I get no internet connection when I'm connected to our wifi. Is fitBit down? I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. I have also tried plugging my fitBit into my computer and it's not syncing.

Same issue on Nokia 8.1. Have cleared the cache. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still can't log in - but I can log in here on the website without any issues.

same here. charge HR 3 with pixel 2 XL. I can log into the community here but can't see my dashboard on the web either. Happened something this afternoon.

Same, my wife and I are both having issues. Can't update our silent alarms. Also, don't try removing the device, because then you can't readd it. We are climbing a 14er tomorrow and we're counting on using our silent alarms to wake us up at 3am. Now we'll be jarred awake by loud alarm sounds, yay.

My wife and I both had charge 3's but they both messed up and I got new replacements in the mail today. spent over an hour trying to get them to sync up and now can't log in on the app at all. I have removed and reinstalled the apps, forced stopped, etc with no change on either of our phones which is a Note 8 and a S8.

My Fitbit app is also showing the same message - can't log into the app.
