Downloaded app ... app is good to go but my Fitbit screen still says fitbit.com/setup ... What do I do?

@jessi910, after you log into the app & create an account on the Fitbit site, open the Account screen on the app and select Set up a Device. That will begin the setup procedures - just follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

I Have the same problem, already set up the device on the app, app tells the correct info, (heart rate, steps, etc) but fitbit display keeps saying website address for set up.

My fitbit shows fitbit/setup all the time.

Mine worked after I turned Bluetooth off, then on a couple of times
