None of the "fixes" work. It's quite frustrating. The only reason I stick with FitBit is because I have so many friends who use FitBit. It's especially infuriating to receive marketing for the Aria 2 when the company has so clearly stuck it's head in the sand with respect to this widespread issue.

My Aria stopped syncing in mid-March as well. It is connected to my WiFi, and it recognizes md. It simply does not sync with the Fitbit platform. This is making me nuts.

@Zemuly Thanks for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! Please let me know the following details that will help me to provide an appropriate solution: Did you make any changes to your network, such as password, network settings or WiFi password? Do you get any error message when your Aria tries to sync your data?
Looking forward to your response my friend!

I am encountering the same problem. I removed the batteries to try to change the wifi network as previous responses suggested. When the message states TAP to change, I tap and nothing happens. It appears from other posters that there is no solution for this. I am definitely not happy with this product. Why is there no easy fix for this?

@MargieC I noticed that you joined our Fitbit Community recently. Welcome aboard! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria scale can't change the display where you select a new network. I'd like to know where you are tapping the Aria in order to change the display. Please make sure that you are following the process as described in the video that contains this post and let me know if it works.
See you later!

It’s quite frustrating, especially since the company won’t admit that there’s a widespread problem. I won’t be buying another one of their scales that for sure.

I hated to do it because I’m a loyal user, but I finally bought a rival scale. Bummed me out but I am problem-free now.
