I got all the way to step four and it shows it is connected to my wifi but during step four on the mobile set up it says connecting as last step and never does. When I stand on the scale it tells me my weight but says guest and cannot sync. Help please !

No answer...I stopped trying...they seem to be making us buy the newer version..not cool.

Sorry Eileen.  If I have to buy a new scale, it will not be one where there is no assistance...ergo...not Aria.

I tell you how I did my as I have something like that when I had my first Aria.  If you live with someone, get the to turn on their hot spot and connect your scale to them.  Then you connect to theirs too. So both the scale and you are connected to their hot spot.  Sync your Fitbit with your scale.  Then disconnect from their hot spot and reconnect your scale to your own.  Don't know why but this was how I got it to work. I've upgraded and bought the newer Aria and it doesn't have that problem. - Good luck, it can be very frustrating
