I'm trying to access my dashboard but it says I need to use a smartphone. I don't use Android or Iphone. How am I supposed to use the product I've had for YEARS?!?!!?

Hi @binarypower  for many, their smartphones are their lives - social media and more. It's just how things have become where people need these devices in order to connect with their scales or trackers. Maybe you have a friend with a phone who could help you out.

that's an incredibly personal thing to share with someone; my weight. no

I want to know who made this decision and see when the dashboard is coming back/appeal the decision.

I've had this scale since 2012. since before google bought aria.

@binarypower  the decision would have been by Google, who purchased Fitbit January 2021. You can always join with those requesting the dashboard be returned - click to see that area. Might need to search it for there are several posts on it.

@binarypower   I'm sorry, but Fitbit/Google shut down the web dashboard five months ago.  Fitbit was already on this path before Google bought Fitbit.  All new features have been only on the mobile app for several years.  Several web features were moved to the mobile app.  You can give feedback in this thread in the Product Feedback forum.

Personally, I don't think Fitbit/Google will change their mind on this decision.  I'm sorry, but you need the Fitbit app on an Android/iOS phone or tablet.

Try;

https://www.fitbit.com/settings/data/export.

I'll post about this separately, but it seems to extrapolate data. I
have a weight for everyday and I generally only weigh in on the weekends.
