I keep getting a connection error on my scales however the most annoying part is, when it goes through the process at the end I get a big tic so the password and Wi-Fi and everything is correct, but then as soon as it thinks it says connection error.
so it accepts a Wi-Fi and then straight after it says connection error and it's so frustrating I've literally tried to connect my scales over 10 times I've tried everything from restarting my internet to changing up the batteries!
I meant to say as soon as it Syncs***
this post is not solved I have no idea how to use Fitbit community it's the first time I have made a post and I corrected an error that I made and then it told me it was solved!!
My scales are still not connecting

@CrystalOak Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I apologize for the late response. However, I'd like to follow up on the setup difficulty you've experienced with your Aria 2 and would like to know if the issue persists or if your scale could be set up already.
In the meantime, please make sure that you followed the setup instructions as described in this help article.
