So fitbit have declined implementing a screen protector
"Fitbit Blaze screen is made of Gorilla Glass 3, which means its a durable material and damage resistant."

@Kazlee The Blaze should put up a good fight against screen scratches, but I'd recommend reaching out to our Support Team to see if they can help out.

My screen cracked within 12 days of purchase! I never had an issue with my Surge and i had that over a year, customer service was no help refused to replace. Luckily I just took it back to Khol's and they gave me no problem with exchange. The screen shouldn't crack from one end to the other just by bumping it going through a doorway I mean you have to swing your arms to get the steps to count. I've never had a single watch of mine crack before. I just hope a screen protecter will be enough to prevent this from happening to my new Blaze.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @SunsetRunner! If your tracker's display is cracked please contact customer support they will be happy to help! 😉 @gitagita I'm glad to know your tracker is being replaced. @AWRANG34 if the screen is cracked I doubt it is the light sensor. @SunsetRunner if possible can you post a photo of your Blaze so we can see the damage to your tracker.

I have no experience with my Blaze cracking a screen however I just scraped the screen by accident this morning on the stucco of my house real bad, my heart nearly stopped, went inside, wiped it gently off with some Novus and the screen was untouched. I mean not even the slightest shallow micro scratch. Real impressed with Corning Gorilla 3 glass.

I'm not rough with my products I've never cracked a phone screen, dropped anything etc. I dont sleep with my blaze on instead my Charge HR and yet this morning I got dressed put on a jumper and what do you know there is a scratch there!
So Fitbit arent these suppose to be damage resistant? Based on what you have answered to the declined idea I should be eligible for an exchange. As putting on a jumper should not scratch this. Very disappointed! I've had it a week!
