Blaze Won't Turn On

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi,

Last night I charged my Blaze.

When I took it off charge it shows nothing on the screen.

I have tried every combination of buttons to power on and nothing happens.

When I put it back in its cradle there is nothing displayed on the screen.

Fitbit app says it is looking for the device.

Any ideas?

Battery died this morning. I tried the suggestion above but it never work! Shall I charge for full batt first before turn it on again?

I just bought my Fitbit blaze today. Charged it, and everything worked while charging. I remove it from the charger and it does not turn on. I tried the hard reset that you said, but it still does not turn on

Same problem here. Last night it showed a half battery life. This morning it was dead as a doornail. Figuring the battery went flat, I placed it in the charger which shows a fully charged battery, back in the wrist holder and it won't turn on no matter how long I press the left and right buttons.

I have an extended replacement warranty, but honestly, try getting to the stores and getting one on Xmas Eve!!!! I love my Fitbit when it is working, but so tired of the unreliability that I just want to throw the thing in frustration.

I am having a similar problem, noticed the screen was white during the night while tracking sleep, I put my Blaze on charge this morning, but the screen is blank, no sign of life and can’t turn it on. Tried holding buttons down 10 – 15 seconds but nothing..?

Hi there @Jaredwal47 @Beau1010. Welcome to the Community! 🙂

@Jaredwal47, to make sure the time is correct on your Blaze, go to the account section on your app, go down to Advanced Settings, then go to Time Zone and make sure that your time zone is correct and after that, get your tracker to sync for it to show the correct time.

@Beau1010, If your tracker is not responding even after trying to restart it, feel free to get in touch with the Support Team for them to take a look and help you out with this.

Let me know if you need more help!

My Blaze wont turn on once removed from cradlle. It seems fully charged...five hours and battery icon gradually became full but as soon as I remove it from the cradle it goes dead. I tried starting by holding left and right bottom button but nothing.
