I've had my blaze since August without any issues. Last night the screen went blank and has stayed that way. I spoke to someone in the chat room and was advised I needed to update the software but my battery was too low and to charge for 2 hours. I have been changing for 4 hours but still no luck. It won't even connect to bluetooth to update the software. The gren light has stopped flashing and I have tried to restart. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

A warm welcome to the Community @RobertMetail and @Jadecc.
If your tracker's screen is blank, I recommend restarting them. After the restart process, put them to charge, they should work properly.
Let me know the outcome.

@AlejandraFitbit, I am having the same issue. I have a blank screen and buttons are not responding so restarting is not an option. I’ve pressed the restart buttons, holding for 20 seconds, and nothing happened. The battery is full, and my app shows ‘looking’. The green lights are not on now. Any suggestions besides restarting?

I've had my Blaze for a few years, and have had never had an issue, until today, when my Blaze shut off. The battery was a little low, so I put it on the charger, but it's been a few hours now, and I haven't had any luck. I have checked to make sure the charger works, and it does, and I have both cleaned the gold spots on the back of my Blaze. It won't respond to the buttons, so I'm having a hard time restarting it. It's not connecting to my phone so I don't know if it is even charging. I don't know what else to do now. Thanks.

Hello,
I'm having the exact same issue. My fitbit screen is blank, but fully charged. Holding the buttons for 30+ seconds does nothing. Anything else I can try? Frustrated that I've paid $200 for a watch that doesn't even work now.
