Today, only the time and date changed. My data from yesterday is still showing and everything I do today is just adding to yesterdays. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this? I have deleted the device from my Bluetooth and reloaded it, I have done a shutdown on my Blaze, synced it from the app, but nothing works.

A warm welcome to the Community @bonnied13.
I would like to know if you keep having issues with your tracker not resetting at midnight? If you do, I recommend restarting your Blaze to avoid this to happen again. Also, I suggest not turning off your tracker at night, since if you do this your tracker won't be able to reset at midnight.
Let me know how it goes. ![]()

Mine did it this morning as well. I'm showing 9,000 steps. I tried adding the "Driving" activity, but that didn't help. I restarted the Blaze several times and that didn't help. Any ideas?

My Blaze didn't reset its step count overnight. I've tried all the troubleshooting listed in this forum:
I'm getting several badges because it looks like I'm racking-up a HUGE step count, which I'm not. There's no way to simply change the step count to what it should be? I ended yesterday with 8692 steps and it's currently showing 10,091. Can't I just edit the steps to show 1,399?

I do. I turn it off every night and charge it every 3 days or so.

There is the reason it did not reset at night.

You are not supposed to turn it off at night? I did that for several weeks with no problems.

Most of the time it works out fine, but for some reason it goes wrong some nights. In general it is assumed that most will monitor their sleep.
As long as heart rate is on auto turning off does not save much more battery life.

I'm having a bear of a time eliminating an extra 8,000 steps from a day last week. The tutorials don't seem to help. Any direction towards a step-by-step instruction or video would be FANTASTIC!
Thanks!

@Bow_Coach where the steps that you want to remove recorded on the day that your trying to remove them from?

They weren't actually recorded. They show up in the total steps for the day, but don't actually occur. It's bizarre. I tried adding driving time but since the steps didn't "really" happen, no change occurs when I add them. It's bizarre.
