I feel your frustration. My notifications for texts stopped well over a month ago & 2 weeks ago the notifications for phone calls stopped. I paid way too much to have something that doesn't work like it's supposed to. I've tried all the supposed solutions at least 3 different times and nothing helps. I don't understand why it's taking months to figure this out and we never get any kind of answers except it's being worked on or try this procedure that I've already tried many times. And no you aren't just being spoiled you paid good money for a product that should work like its supposed to. Sorry I'm getting a little fired up but I'm frustrated with this whole mess. I probably should have gone with the apple watch. Paying that extra probably would have ended with better results 😞
