Blaze not receiving text notifications

I purchased the Fitbit Blaze a couple of days ago. I have a OnePlus 3 (Android phone). For the the first day the Calls, Text, and App notifications worked on the Fitbit Blaze. Now only calls work.... I have tried everything in the book.... Rebooting my phone, turning bluetooth on and off, restarting my tracker. Nothing seems to work. HELPPPPP PLEASE!

Update: I did find a solution. My Fitbit is indeed compatible with OP3. The issue was that I recently update my phone to 7.0 and was not aware of the new functions of my alert slider... I thought i was putting my phone in silent mode, but I was actually putting it on DO NOT DISTURB. But I finally figured it out and everything is functioning the way it is supposed to. Thank you!

Have you checked to see if the fitbit app is set to look at the correct texting app?

Do you get the text notifacation on your phones lock screen?

A warm welcome to the Forums @fitness_drod and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.

Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. The reason why you are having problems with this feature is because OnePlus 3 is not a compatible mobile device. Keep in mind that you need to have a compatible phone in order for the features to work perfectly. You can try @MarreFitbit's instructions in the My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app) post to see if you can receive call and text notifications again.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

My Blaze is not getting any texts or phone calls coming through today. It's been working fine and I don't know what has happened.

Are you still having problems with your tracker receiving notifications? If you are, I recommend following the instructions provided in the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (iOS Fitbit app) post.

I just came from a surge that failed one too many times. I had all sorts of issues with notifications and my nexus 6p. I was just having the same issues now with my blaze so I deleted it in my bluetooth devices and all of sudden it works again. I went back and looked at devices and the blaze is listed there again.

Hi!

I tried your recommendations a couple of times and I am still not getting my Blaze to display texts, etc. IPhone 6s, Fitbit Blaze.

I am able to change the song and volume from my Fitbit. So I have some functionality. Odd.

Any other recommendations?
