My Blaze stopped receiving text notifications after the recent update. Does anyone have this problem amd
how can it be fixed? I have tried all the recommended Fitbit support steps.

Not knowing the phone type or what things have been tried, ill need to start from step one
Check that the Fitbit app is up to date
Check that the Blaze shoes up on the phones Bluetooth.
Swipe down on the clock, is motifications turned on?
Is everything setup in the app - notifications?
Are you able to send a test notification through the app?
Has the phone and Blaze bren restarted?
In Android has the Motification wizard been enabled?
Always connected?
Does notificatioms pop up on the phone while the screen is looked?
In iOS dors Fotbit have permission in the notofication center?
There might be more to check since this is from memory.

Same for me. So frustrating. Also not receiving call notifications.

If you are not receiving notifications, I recommend taking a look at the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (iOS Fitbit app) post and follow the instructions provided there.

I've tried your suggestion but to no avail. The issue I had was due to the app - CM Clean Master. I disabled the notification on this app and all my calls, text, apps notifications appear on my tracker again 🙂

Its frustrating. Not receiving any text messages on blaze at all. I delete the app, and redo everything and nothing. I have a Samsung Galaxy 8. It used to work fine and all the time. Since the new upgrade on the app i notice i haven't received one text at all. HELP

I am having the same problem. I have restarted both my phone and my Blaze. I have a Goggle Pixel 3, it receives messages from my Facebook Messenger, my calendar, will tell me when I have an incoming call but will not receive any text messages (regardless if I am using the "standard" or as an app and it used to. I have made sure everything is up to date on both my phone and on my Blaze. It's more than a little frustrating
