Blaze not recognize workout activity

Why is my Fitbit not working with my daily activities/workout days.

A warm welcome to the Community @Sassylynn72.

 

Just to be clear, your Blaze isn't recognizing automatically your exercises, right? Have you tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

The exact same thing is happening with my Blaze. I go to workouts on my phone before I start my walk hold it down when I am done it says on my phone the miles and how long it took me which is normal but when i go to workouts it says I havent workout since June 9th. I tired the turn it off and back on again and still nothing.
