ISSUE: Can't sync or pair Blaze with an iOS device
BLAZE FIRMWARE VERSIONS AFFECTED: (8.301.7) & (8.200.3)
iOS VERSIONS AFFECTED: 10.2.x
*** FIXED IN BLAZE FIRMWARE VERSION (8.301.8) ***
Still having trouble? Can't update or sync?
Read the difference between unbonding and unpairing first:
Unbonding - going into the bluetooth settings of your iPhone or iPad, selecting the Blaze, then choosing "Forget This Device".
Unpairing - going into the Fitbit app, selecting the Blaze, then choosing "Remove This Blaze".
*** DO NOT DO THIS TO TROUBLESHOOT THIS SPECIFIC ISSUE ***
Now that you've read that, try unbonding BEFORE trying to update your Blaze firmware (see screenshots below):
Okay, I've unbonded. Now what?
Try syncing your Blaze, then try to update the firmware.
Still can't sync or update? Here are some suggestions:
Updated on 1/20/17 for clarity.

It's been over three days now since I've been able to sync my Blaze, how long will it be before I start to lose data?
Why wasn't Blaze connectivity with IOS10:2 beta tested before the operating system release? It's funny how most of my other Apps were being updated before the release.
I'm experiencing the same issue with my Blaze. A friend of mine is having the exact same issue with a cheap Non-Fitbit tracker. So maybe this is a brilliant "feature" Apple brought with it's bluetooth related changes in 10.2 and not really a Fitbit specific thing which could make it even harder to fix!?
Best Answerreally it is taking fitbits engineers this long?

Best AnswerAndrew - I know you rare working on a fix. I asked when it's anticipated that a fix will be available. Please don't tell me just that you're working on it and will update post. I know that. I want to know the target date of the fix. You must have some idea by now of the issues with the 10.2 release impact on Fitbit. And I would expect that you know what the prognosis for a fix it. I have owned multiple Fitbits. My Blaze is a replacement for my Surge whose band I could not replace once it broke. I'm not a happy camper right now.
Please answer my question. When go you anticipate a fix will be available?

@Sgsauls I don't have an exact date, but I can assure you it's a top priority at the moment. Some users have reported that going into your iOS device's bluetooth settings and doing "Forget This Device" for the Blaze have helped with syncing. Keep in mind doing that will unbond the Blaze and your iOS device, which is needed for other features such as music control, notifications, etc.
Like everyone else I am waiting on this to be fixed. My Blaze is completely useless. Can I just get a Charge HR to replace my Blaze? I can't even use it as a generic watch.
Please advise.
