ISSUE: Can't sync or pair Blaze with an iOS device
BLAZE FIRMWARE VERSIONS AFFECTED: (8.301.7) & (8.200.3)
iOS VERSIONS AFFECTED: 10.2.x
*** FIXED IN BLAZE FIRMWARE VERSION (8.301.8) ***
Still having trouble? Can't update or sync?
Read the difference between unbonding and unpairing first:
Unbonding - going into the bluetooth settings of your iPhone or iPad, selecting the Blaze, then choosing "Forget This Device".
Unpairing - going into the Fitbit app, selecting the Blaze, then choosing "Remove This Blaze".
*** DO NOT DO THIS TO TROUBLESHOOT THIS SPECIFIC ISSUE ***
Now that you've read that, try unbonding BEFORE trying to update your Blaze firmware (see screenshots below):
Okay, I've unbonded. Now what?
Try syncing your Blaze, then try to update the firmware.
Still can't sync or update? Here are some suggestions:

@AndrewFitbit you may read that un pairing and repairing the device fixed iit for many of us. It's. Shame we worked that out quicker than you guys
Best AnswerI tried doing the forget the device and add it back but it fails. The Blaze sees the iPhone and creates the 4 digit code but it never cmpletes the process. The Balze is connected because I get notiifcations of texts and calls. The call feature is broken because it keeps vibrating the Balze even afrter I answered the call.
Best AnswerI just tried this with my blaze in its charger and my phone at 100% charge. Removing Blaze from bluetooth and re-adding it as a new device seems to have worked. Thanks! Crossing my fingers that it continues to sync!
Best Answerjust tried this and it worked for me too. Thanks!

Best AnswerI was skeptical, but what the heck... I will give it a try. Actually worked!!! In on the right time and my incredibly slow runs have synced.

Best AnswerExact same issue, half sync issues, tried removing it, now get the point of re-adding it as a device and it prompts for the number on the blaze, I type it in, the number goes away on the blaze and phone says "Connecting to Fitbit..." and NEVER completes. This really sucks now.
Awesome, Beta testing another release on unsuspecting users. I'm sensing a pattern here.
