ISSUE: Can't sync or pair Blaze with an iOS device
BLAZE FIRMWARE VERSIONS AFFECTED: (8.301.7) & (8.200.3)
iOS VERSIONS AFFECTED: 10.2.x
*** FIXED IN BLAZE FIRMWARE VERSION (8.301.8) ***
Still having trouble? Can't update or sync?
Read the difference between unbonding and unpairing first:
Unbonding - going into the bluetooth settings of your iPhone or iPad, selecting the Blaze, then choosing "Forget This Device".
Unpairing - going into the Fitbit app, selecting the Blaze, then choosing "Remove This Blaze".
*** DO NOT DO THIS TO TROUBLESHOOT THIS SPECIFIC ISSUE ***
Now that you've read that, try unbonding BEFORE trying to update your Blaze firmware (see screenshots below):
Okay, I've unbonded. Now what?
Try syncing your Blaze, then try to update the firmware.
Still can't sync or update? Here are some suggestions:

Also, don't get too excited folks. I went through the entire re-pairing process when I first figured out threre was a problem and it worked for 2 days. I'm back to it not syncing and the constant sync attempts are now draining my batery in record time.

Best AnswerTHANK YOU ANDREW! I was ready to return my Blaze to the store. Hoping they can find a fix soon! Mostly, right now I just need to be able to tell the time correctly and get alarms to work. Thanks for letting us know.
Best AnswerI'm glad to see I'm not the only one having this issue. Also happy to see you guys are working on a fix. BTW, the time on my Blaze is off by 3 hrs, 3 min.

Best AnswerHi, both me and my girlfriend are both having this problem. Would this also mess with the battery life of the blaze as both of ours seem to be dying really quickly, I charged mine fully at about 8 last night and about an hour ago it dyed. Only thing that has changed is this syncing issue as before my blaze would comfortably last 3-4 days
thanks
Best Answerme too, thanks
Best AnswerDoes Anyone know if it would help to restore the phone to the factory settings via itunes? To hopefully remove the 10.2 update? I feel naked without my blaze. Please keep everyone updated, I shudder to think how many people will be disappointed on Christmas morning when they discover that their Fitbit's are virtually useless.

Best AnswerMine stopped syncing, until I took it off my phone and paired it again. Now the battery lasts about 4 hours. It was lasting 5+ days. What the heck happened? I am pretty sure I amout of waranty at this point, but this is an insane drop in battery life.
Best AnswerI went to bluetooth and FORGET THIS DEVICE and waited about 15 seconds and then added it again. Iphone asked if I wanted to PAIR THIS DEVICE and I answered yes and voila!! Fitbit and iphone are friends again.
Thanks to all who gave suggestions!!

Any update on when this will be fixed. I can longer even use mine due to the fact the time is now wrong on my Blaze and the only way to fix it is to sync it with my phone. Which is obviously not working.
Just checking in to see if there is an approximate time frame on fixes. Bummed I paid that kind of money for something I cannot use now.
