ISSUE: Can't sync or pair Blaze with an iOS device
BLAZE FIRMWARE VERSIONS AFFECTED: (8.301.7) & (8.200.3)
iOS VERSIONS AFFECTED: 10.2.x
*** FIXED IN BLAZE FIRMWARE VERSION (8.301.8) ***
Still having trouble? Can't update or sync?
Read the difference between unbonding and unpairing first:
Unbonding - going into the bluetooth settings of your iPhone or iPad, selecting the Blaze, then choosing "Forget This Device".
Unpairing - going into the Fitbit app, selecting the Blaze, then choosing "Remove This Blaze".
*** DO NOT DO THIS TO TROUBLESHOOT THIS SPECIFIC ISSUE ***
Now that you've read that, try unbonding BEFORE trying to update your Blaze firmware (see screenshots below):
Okay, I've unbonded. Now what?
Try syncing your Blaze, then try to update the firmware.
Still can't sync or update? Here are some suggestions:

I read some of the posts before me and tried it and has worked so far.
I went into the bluetooth and did the "forget this device", restarted my phone, hard restarted my blaze. We back into bluetooth and went through the pairing process.
So far it has worked.
Best AnswerSame as jmracette
Forget your device.
Reboot phone
Reset Blaze
Go into FitBit app and set phone up as new.
All the troubleshooting stuff just wasted my time. I went down a rabbit hole last night of a hour+ sitting in the kitching screwing around with this thing. Time had been wrong for days since 10.2 update.
Now all is well.
This worked. After restarting Blaze, removing device, restarting iphone 6, reinstalling the blaze app....nothing worked. During setup it would ask for pin to add device but would get stuck trying to connect. After going into Bluetooth settings, remove device then back into Fitbit app, it added it with no problems. Worked great. Hope this works for others
I encountered similar situation and tried everything but won't sync at all and in addition the time on my clock is running 18 hrs behind as the battery got drained very fast from sync. Hope the fix comes soon
Best AnswerSeems it is probably an iOS 10.2 issue, at least on my end. I had to reset several Bluetooth pairings on my phone. Another way on the iPhone would be:
Reset Network Settings: Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

Best AnswerHaving the same issue as well. Have not been able to sync my Blaze since 12/15/16. None of the hard reset steps help either.
