My Fitbit informs me to update but when I try it appears that Fitbit is not connected to WiFi/iPhone and nothing happens

A warm welcome to the Community @Ronniebofa! I would like you to confirm that you're following this procedure to properly update your Blaze. The firmware update that you should have in your Blaze is 17.8.402.1.
