That's going to be a problem.

The fitbit app only works with Windows 10 so you need to use the fitbit connect software...and that needs a fitbit dongle... and that doesn't come with the Blaze. See: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1116/

No way round this other than to buy a dongle from fitbit (it has to be a fitbit dongle not a generic bluetooth dongle). Alternatively, if your phone / tablet is on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices then you could use that instead of the computer.

Are you going through the setup process when you see this?

If you are running Windows 10 then you may not need the dongle if your computer has a recent version of bluetooth and you use the fitbit app rather than download the fitbit connect software.

Can you give us some more details?

Trying to set it up on a windows 8 computer. Did upgrade to Windows 10 but that just kept kicking off the internet so went back to windows 8

Comes up on about the third screen
