I have had a Fitbit Blaze since June 2017. Has worked fine until yesterday. I tried the instructions in the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (iOS Fitbit app) post and I still cannot get the text messages to come through to my fit bit. The phone call notifications work just fine. Please help!

Hey there @VeroG, welcome to the Community.
Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your tracker isn't receiving text notifications, I recommend verifying that your notifications settings are correctly configures by doing the following:

Thank you!
I have verified 1-4 and I still do not receive text notifications only.
I am not clear what to do with #5. Would you give me an example? I do not have third party apps managing my text messages other than fitbit. If I delete the device from the fitbit app and re-add it will my history/data still be in tact?

What has changed that has caused only my text notifications to no longer come through to my fitbit Blaze? I have confirmed settings, restarted my iphone, fitbit, reinstalled the app, and nothing has fixed the issue.

I'm having this same issue. I've done all troubleshooting steps as well and removed the app, restarted the blaze, turned off bluetooth, restarted the phone, etc, etc, etc. Still nothing. To be honest, this is clearly a bug in fitbit software they're unwilling to research and fix. Everyone I know with an iphone on ios 11 and a Blaze has the same issue.

Same issue - same, same issue.

I am facing the same issue, besides the fact that my Blaze now doesn't really function fully. It keeps crashing, restarting and vibrating in a loop over and over and over and over and over and over again.
